Local & Long Distance Delivery Options Including Wired You have the option of having your order delivered directly by our delivery personnel from our San Francisco facility to an address in the Bay Area (or) to be wired to another partnering florist who fulfills the order & delivery. (Orders for deliveries to an address outside Northern California will be wired). If you option to have your order wired: while we do work with the best in the business, Rossi & Rovetti cannot always guarantee to the precise or exact look and presentation of the arrangement or the flowers used. This is because other florists may maintain different varieties of flowers and glassware and can have expertise in slightly different designer styles. [ While the net effect should still be a positive one for your recipient !] But when possible, we recommend that you choose the direct delivery option so that you can be assured of the quality, variety and overall look of each order. Same Day Delivery Unless free delivery is being promoted, a minimum delivery fee will be added to each order where delivery applies and for each address delivered to. Deliveries fees vary by delivery destination and will be calculated and shown to you on your order page before you confirm and approve the order (nothing will be charged to your credit card if you do not approve of any charges calculated). Orders may also be picked up by visiting our retail center during regular business hours (click on the 'Contact Us' link on the left hand side of the page for more information about our shop hours and address) Orders should be placed before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone when requesting same-day delivery. For same day service after 3:30 p.m., call our retail center at 415-397-5311 to confirm availability. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following business day (or) on a day you specify during business the business week. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. We're open six days a week. Presently, in most cases we are unable to make deliveries on major recognized holidays (excluding wedding deliveries and special agreements with the store). Deliveries requested on these days online will be delivered the first business day following the weekend. Substitutions Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items or glassware may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. Returns, Re-delivery & Refunds Requesting a re-delivery, return or a refund is easy! We stand behind our product and our service 100%. If you are not satisfied for any reason, call us within 24-48 hours of delivery for a return, re-delivery or refund and we'll be happy to accommodate you. Requesting Non-Same Day Service Include which date you would like the recipient to receive the flowers in the delivery date field of the order. If we cannot accommodate this date, we will contact you by email (however you specify) generally within 60 minutes during business hours of placing the order. Customer Changes Call us directly at 415-397-5311 for any updates to your order information.
